PALGAP is a Learning Management System (engine). Developed to deliver educational course materials over the Internet and on CD. The materials can be text, MS Word documents, Acrobat PDF, video, or graphics. The engine provides the means to deliver these courses in a simple easy to navigate method. It includes an authoring tool to modify, delete, or add materials interactively on line or thru a PC based authoring tool. All changes on line are immediately available to students. PC based are upload then available to the student.

There is the ability to deliver examinations, either for prescriptive testing, knowledge level evaluation, proctored, or standalone. The answers can be tied to text in the material, links to the Internet, or additional materials for fast review for the student. Vocabulary testing also is delivered. These too can be tied to other sources. Video feeds available is real time or taped. Also chat rooms and message boards are available. Email system allows students another way to communicate with the instructor.

There is a full administrator system on line that tracks students, instructors, course schedules for on line, or classroom. Classroom scheduling is included. Instructors, locations, associations, proctors, and students all can be tracked and activity recorded. Full on line administration of a school or organization. All information is real time.
